It is 200 Microns, 800 gauge thick. Heat absorption of over 80% increases crop efficiency, accelerates plant vegetation and constitutes an effective protection against frost. It allows for considerable heat energy savings in heated tunnels. Efficient for crops requiring high light intensity,especially during low-temperature or cloudy spells. Low light reflection coefficient ensuring high permeability to solar radiation and selective permeability to infrared radiation.
It has Good anti-electrostatic properties lightness, flexibility, high durability and tear resistance. Membrane is resistant to weather conditions and UV radiation, vapour and gas impermeability. Suitable for all ranges of temperatures from -40° C to +50° C. It can be installed on both high and low tunnel structures made of PVC tubing, metal angle brackets, rods or wooden elements with smooth surface. Suitable as a vapour and wind barrier, for crop protection in horticulture, agriculture and forestry.
