Return and Refund Policy

Return & Refund Procedure:

If you wish to return an item and want a refund please Inform us within 14 days after delivery by email at returns@tarpsuk.co.uk Or Call Us at +44 020 3290 7514. If you have received the damaged or wrong product send us screenshot of the damaged or wrong product. we will send the courier to collect the item from you. We will bear all the delivery expenses in this case. We will send you new item without any extra cost and incase you don’t need the item anymore we will refund the complete order amount into card you used while purchase.

The product must be unused. Once we receive the product we will ask you about the new product you want in place of one you ordered. Product Never Arrived:

If the delivery time 3-5 working days is passed and you haven’t received the product please inform us by email at returns@tarpsuk.co.uk Or Call at +44 020 3290 7514. There may be several reasons for this ( lost by courier etc. ) . We will refund the complete order amount and delivery charges we deducted at the time of purchase into card you used while purchase.

Cancellation after Order:

If you placed the order on our website mistakenly and want to cancel the order please Call at +44 020 3290 7514. If the Order is not dispatched from warehouse we will refund the order amount and and delivery charges we deducted at the time of purchase into card you used while purchase.

If the order is dispatched already we will then refund the order amount into your card except the delivery charges 6.99£ we deducted at the time of purchase.

Timeframe For Refund:

It takes the 5-7 working days for customer to receive the refund. We refund the amount into customer card after receiving the goods back.

Please Note that we refund the amount immediately into customer card after receiving the goods back but their bank usually takes 5 -7 working days to process that refund and put it on customer credit card account.
